17th CI CLUB Investiture was a success in many different ways, albeit subtly. 1. I really didnt expect a huge turn out. Even if people came down just for the beer, at least they bothered showing up and that is comforting enough already. 2. The idea of the a heartwarming investiture worked out. While i could not fulfill the promise of a surprising event, i think most of them liked tonight's heartening episode. 3. The Wee Tee sales was unexpectedly astonishing. We managed to earn more than what we spent for the investiture. To all who turned up for the event, a gargantuan (ain't sure if this word can be used but I cant think of another word to up the level of 'enormous') thank you for your support! =D . . . . . . . . Well, the talk tonight did clear up many doubts I had for the past two days. A myriad of emotions, and even if its indubitable that there's still this bit of skepticism, I've no qualms to work it through gradually. . . . . . . . . A private sanctuary. |
