T.R.U.T.H

Inadequate tenacity,

and falling short of audacity.

These are reasons why things fall apart.


We rave about courageous acts,

but yet we do not dare to confront the simplest truth.


We attribute our lack of boldness to fear,

the fear of emotional torment,

the fear of disconcertment..

But actually, these fears are self imposed.


We can try as much to placate our anxiety with small little actions,

but ultimately the root of the problem remains unresolved.

Until we finally decide to brace ourselves for the truth.
