The Lake House

A new movie casting my favourite babe Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves.

Seemingly surreal and a romantic tale, a lonely doctor (Bullock) who once occupied an unusual lakeside home begins exchanging love letters with its newest resident, a frustrated architect (Reeves). As the story unfolds, they begin to unravel the mystery behind their extraordinary romance before it's too late.

The advertisements portrayed this film to be a touchy and emotional one, with the suspension of disbelief as the theme that ignite the love story.

Lake House seems to be the perfect movie at this time of the year for me. Heh. Definitely gonna watch it when its out next week.

Yakun

Just told Teck Chin that i'll quit my work in Yakun.

I am not able commit most of my weekdays, a promise that I made earlier. Aint fair if she gives me shifts and I can't make it due to extra classes. And really guilty as I cannot notify her earlier because these classes are held at random.
Learnt a lot though. How to make perfect sets of eggs (I can break eggs without destroying yolks now =P), toast breads and most importantly working with a horde of chatty aunties and under vast amount of stress.

I'll have to seek for a new job with flexible working shifts. Meanwhile, my income is going be inelastic yet again. =[
