Critical Cooking

Mum never seemed to be happy that i'm cooking.

Just wanna tell her i've grown up and i'm trying to relieve some of her stress too, allowing her to enjoy instead of whipping up dishes for the family every night while complaining of exhaustion. Furthurmore, I am not the typical i-cook-you-wash individuals. But she was so critical, fortunately on everything but my food.

She critique about me using the wrong tools, my chicken pales in flavor and taste, incorrect cutting techniques, searching for pygon to kill those annoying blood-suckers, etc. But ironically, I have to shut my mouth and listen attentively, because whatever she mentioned made sense. Bleh.

Will post up pictures of our dinner tonight. On a bright note, it was a sumptuous and fulfilling one. Sis and I both cooked chicken breast while Mum satisfied our hunger with her tasty Mee Goreng.

Well, at least I have a bit of fun.. =]

SRJCian Day

Rather relaxing day. Hypotized and concussed in the afternoon, perhaps due to the mild fever and chilly climate.

Guess tonight will be a rather monotonous one yet again. Gonna do a bit of work and read the novel i bought. At least there's Singapore Idol.

Oh, Kinho and I were cursing the bitches who were furiously shrieking their tonsils out during the concert. You bunch of attention seekers, hopefully you will not be plagued by laryngitis.

Feeling kind of moody today. Maybe I'll be fine later.
