Goodbye

Those words were congested within my throat. It took a great deal of audacity to voice them out.

Didn't feel the slightest emotion, just a faint sense of sorrow.

My mind was buried under layers of fond memories, seemingly covered by that thin film of non-existence, and furiously repelling the new provoking thoughts that were threatening their way through.

It seems so vivid, as though everything happened just yesterday.

Seeing you sheding your tears broke that icy facade of mine.

Sardonicism crept away, only the truly honest words were revealed.

From now on you don't have to suffer. It should be the good for both of us.

I'm trying hard. Trying hard to smile.

But its just so hard.
