Running during Noon time What happens when.. Running at 11.30am + scorching sun = ? Answer: You will not be able to complete your 45 minutes. Hahahah.. I end up doing intervals of 15 + 5 + 7 + 8 = 35 minutes with around 1-2 minutes of rest in between. I'm sure I will complete my 10 minutes when I return home later. Off to do my crunches & push-ups. I feel great after exercising though. And I will try to avoid noon jogs from now. Routine For The Week A change to my routine this week, in terms of schedule of exercises. Monday 1. Jogging for 40-45 mins 2. Crunches (3 sets) 3. Push Ups (3 sets) 4. Working at Starbucks (4 to 10.30pm) = Restricted Appetite (While I just ate a choco muffin. Yum Yum.) Tuesday 1. Jogging for 30-40 minutes 2. Starbucks (6.45 to 3) 3. Gymming straightaway at Tamp ( 5 to 7) =Will eat 2 egg whites Wednesday 1. Jogging 30-45 minutes 2. Swimming 20 laps ( And definitely tanning. Woohoo!) 3. Rest & Relax, going out most probably =Appetite to increase by 10% . I'm not crazy you know? Thursday 1. Starbucks (6.45 to 3) 2. Jogging straightaway for 45 minutes = Appetite restriction Friday 1. Gymming in the morning (Around 10 - 12 plus) 2. Inclined jogging for 15-20 minutes 3. Rest & Relax = 2 egg whites Saturday 1. Jogging for 50 minutes 2. Crunches (3 sets) 3. Push Ups (3 Sets) 4. Starbucks Raffles City (12 to 9pm) = Restricted Appetite Sunday 1. Jogging for 50 minutes 2. Crunches (3 Sets) 3. Push Ups (3 Sets) 4. Starbucks RC (1- 10pm) = Restricted Appetite Yes, you didn't see wrongly. I'm going to jog everyday. Why am I being so tough on myself? Hmm, that's for me to know and you to ponder. Think I will make it? I'm positive I will, after blogging this. Encourage me huh! |
