Blissful Christmas It was a blissful Christmas. On the 24th, I went out with Van, Cy and Tuty. It has been eons since I saw them, and we shopped around Tampines Mall. It wasn't a extremely fulfilling afternoon, butth the company of my three good friends, it was an afternoon well spent. When birthdays fall on a public holiday (or the eve), individuals will be troubled of where to proceed for their celebrations. It was not the case for my mum, because she decided that she wanted to dine at Fisherman's Village. We hestitated and expected the food place to provide an awful ambience. To our surprise, the exorbitant meal was tasty. Not forgetting it was crowded too, and that add on to the festive mood that the horde was feeling. Proceed to meet Van, Cy, Fred, Stef, Eileen and Thad for countdown. The juvenile us played with balloons, wandered around aimlessly while singing Christmas carols. We carried on reminiscing our unforgettable and wonderful experiences in Damai in Macdonalds, all the way to 5am. Recalling those immature moments when I cried easily, annoyed teachers and handling obstacles along our ways, I can only say that I miss my friends thoroughly. Travelling to Pulau Ubin for Christmas was definitely a refreshing and jubilant trip for me. And to sum up my experience over there, i can only say that it was superb. Spending time with your love ones for Christmas- that's what this special day is all about. =D |
