The state of uncertainty when one is unhappy?

Ever wonder why one can be in such a foul mood and extremely rebellious when the individual is unhappy? He would not bother to reserve his anger when he is reprimanded, and the opposite party gets the flare.

And isn't that unfair to that person for enduring those intense barriage of criticisms?

But I guess people have to be sad in the midst of going through his jubilant moments. Just like how the law of moments (anticlockwise = clockwise moments. LOL) works.

I am back to my cheerful self, though I expend all my unhappiness by consuming junk food. Have to jog later or else I will suffer from anorexic-attack. =D

And sorry mum for the quarrel yesterday.
