Time to keep fit and lose weight Tomorrow marks the day when I will stop snacking on titbits and exercise regularly.. Sounds familar huh? Mon- Canoeing Training. Gonna take it seriously. Tuesday & Thursday- 70 push ups, 50 crunches and doing weights Wednesday & Friday- Canoeing. Running 3.6km, 50 push ups and crunches. Saturday- Circuit Training. 30 sets each, 3 repitions. 4.8km run. Sunday- 2.4 km run. 50 push ups Sounds kind of reasonable but difficult to achieve. But am determined, after looking at the competition.. Haha. Diet wise, not more snacks, more fruits & vegetables, less carbohydrates, little fats, oil and sugar. This is even more not achievable as compared to the exercise routine, but i'm determined.. Hahah.. Jia you wor! |
