Thurs, a Long Day..

Had a long day today, and life is really hectic. Knowing that there are tons of homework to be completed over the weekend simply deteriorate my mood. =(

I gained 3 Kgs, from 59 to 62. Got a shock. Haha.. Yeah I know, but I am just conscious of my weight. Going to stop snacking, well at least I will not munch onto any titbits before I get hypnotised.

Ironically, I was able to run well today. Timing was 10:20, have slacken a little, though the timing will entitle me with my first A for NAPFA. Definitely still room for improvement, since running is my only forte.

As I strolled past the hall today, realise that it was filled with countless of chairs and desk. The sight of that freaks me out. Anyway, will wish the J2 canoeists on Sunday. Study hard guys! =)

I miss ya presence. Don't ask me why, but I just do. Hmm..
