Wonderful Day! The entire day has been a fulfilling one, achieving some realistic goals as well as having great deal of fun. Finally allowed myself to open up, and begin to socialise more willingly. The extrovertic side of me has not fully been portrayed out though. But at least I feel part of my civics class. Went through D.I.S.C Profiling Course. Expectedly, I am a S-I, someone who is extremely people-oriented. Most of what was evaluated were indeed correct and it revealed more about my character. I'm a procrastinator, which is undeniably true, and if I would want to succeed, I will have to discipline myself. It states that I'm a great encourager, enjoys making new friends and makes an effort to sustain current relationships. All these validate the accuracy of the report. I am even more positive now that I can't withstand loneliness, and whenever I have quarrelled with someone, it will be an extremely bad day for me. Nor will I hestitate to be terribly upset if I were to realise someone who was once a good friend drifting away from me. The report seemed to expose so much of me, making me feel so vulnerable. Haa.. Went for canoeing training at Macritchie next. Enjoyed the serenity, the purifying clean water as well as the blazing sun. Partnered up with Wei Long, and realised we are able to work with each other really well. No quarrels nor arguments; Simply having lots of fun paddling around. Got to know more friends, and strengthening the newly forged ones sums up this great day of mine. Hopefully everyday will be a great day from now on. Meanwhile, some profound statements coming up (Haha. Profound eh?) ' If friends doesn't come towards you, then take the initiative and approach them. ' ' Greeting someone might seem nothing to you, but spelling H-E-L-L-O out loud might eventually allow you make a new friend. ' ' You are never suffering in silence. Someone out there will always care for you, so with that known, forget all troubles and have a great day ahead!' These quotes are for Eileen, Izzulwan and anyone feeling out of place in their respective new schools. But most importantly, these are specially dedicated to Puty. Be optimistic girl and enjoy your life to the fullest! =) |
