Lean & Fit. Although the journey will be uphill starting from today, I am determined to achieve my goals. What the heck am I uttering about? Look at the title of this entry again. Yes, I am aiming for a lean and toned body, due to some influence and circumstances. To achieve an ideal physique, I will have to do these every week,dtarting from tomorrow and spreading them out evenly daily :- 1a) Jogging for 45 minutes 1b) Swimming for 45 to 1 hour Total Time allocated: 3 days. 2) Gymming Arms -Bi/Triceps, starting from 1 or 2 sets of 3rd weights with 10-12 repetitions, and 3-4 sets of 2nd weight with 12-15 repetitions. - Pull ups (4- 5 sets) of the maximum weight possible with 10-15 repetitions. Abs - 5-6 sets of abs machine. Maximum amount of weight for 2 sets with 10-15 repetitions, and remaining 4 sets at 80% of regular weight with 15-29 repetitions. Chest -To be added- Legs - 2 legs training machines; 4 sets of 10-15 repetitions each. 3) Push ups & Crunches - Push ups to be allocated and done thrice a week, 60 times from the start and adding 5 more each week. -Crunches to be done together, with 3 sets of 40-60 of Brother's Crunches, and another 2 sets of healthfitness training routine. 4) Sports -To play a sports, either badminton, tennis, volleyball or canoeing etc. once a month, duration of at least 1.5 hours. |
