Attachment to SB TM

Working in Tampines Mall Starbucks has marked the most enjoyable and fulfilling weekend I spent for this year (at least until now). I gained vast amount of experience, learning how to be efficient and yet preserving the high standard that Starbucks demand, as well as making new buddies.

When I first stepped into the stall on Saturday, I was filled with much anxiety- The anxiety to start work; The anxiety to be expose to a new surrounding; The anxiety of working with different partners; And the anxiety of what's going to happen during work (whether I will make a big mess).

The response will be positive to all my anxieties. I had extreme fun being attached to the Frappuccino area, being it was the busiest corner of the stall. Demand for Frap drinks were really high, and furthurmore since it was a Saturday, one can be pretty sure he/she will never have to the time to slack around and allow his/her mind to drift of in everland.

Customers were a surprise. They shocked me by ordering drinks that I never thought I will ever made. Orders were endless, and initially, I was really confused, trying my utmost best to multi task and ensure efficiency and quality. Slowly, I got hold of the momentum, and it became a easy and fun task. Now I know how to upsell in my store. Some examples of good and customized drinks are Mango Raspberry Frap Blended Tea, Hazelnut Mocha, Chocolate Rhumba Frap Blended Cream, Caramel Mocha Frap Blended Coffee and Vanilla Rhumba Frap Blended Cream.

Really enjoyed my first attachment to SB TM... =)
