 Gross Weijie. Haha   Van's Fav (I'm going to die)  Cute pair eh?  Guan Hui & Me  Powerpuff Girls? Haa  Compare Leen's and Van's mouth (Leen is definitely bashing me. =P )  Wishing wishing? Grp Photo @ Fish & Co 2  Grp Photo @ Fish & Co Van & Leen's Birthdays Celebration 30th of November is a special day for two of my good friends, Eileen and Vanessa, as tt is their birthday. So Happy Birthday girls! Anyway, we met at macdoanlds in Tm. Was the last to arrive I supposed, as I had woke up late and had to prepare the girls presents. Anyway, the rest of my 'gang' looks relatively the same to me, with a few exception like earrings on Mingwei and Weijie's left ears, as well as the outbreak of pimples! After ransacking Tm, we finally to dine at Fish & Co, as it was the only place that could accomodate 16 of us. To bad Seoul Garden, Gelare and Cafe Cartel, you lost your chance of earning more money from us kids. =P Everyone orders fish and chips, with me being the odd one out as I ordered coriander fish instead. Well, first it was my dyed hair, which was played and joked around with, and then my 'fish' getting criticised by yeee and yucks. Hahaha.. Well, it was tasty though, as it was served together with a special vegetable spice. But I think only Serene and Puayling appreciated the fish. Had a fulfilling meal too, as the consumed an entire plate of Salad. Guys, time to learn to eat Salad, it was really delicious. Anyway, Vanessa was commenting on a Malay guy who was cute and agreed with Eileen that he gave an impression of the stupid guy'. So I fulfilled her fantasy by asking him to take a photograph with Vanessa. Eileen, who was dragged into the scene, escaped secretly and finally, we had a beautiful picture of Vanessa and the guy. (Vroom vroom is going to kill me after she have seen this paragraph.) Junhao and Wilfred gave a surprise dessert, which was a birthday cake for the two girls! The Oreo cake was really tasty, so I think they will be in charge of the purchase of cakes in the future. Opps! Next, we went to the 'entrance' of the cinema, and tried our best to decide what movie to watch, which was either 'shutter', a horror movie or a comedy known as 'Taxi'. Meanwhile, all of us spotted Jasmine, who was working in a Japanese restaurant (was it Japanese?) She looked kinda awkward and funny in the uniform, but the pay was quite good. After much mild arguments and discussion, we decided to bowl instead of catching a movie. Hence, our next stop was Safra's Bowling Alley. Being a almost useless bowler, I was expecting my ball to go down the drain each time I bowl. Well, I was not wrong, I did bowl really badly. But I had much fun too, same with the rest of my gang. From today's bowling experience, I realise that Mingwei is at least good for something, and that bowling is an addictive as well as a great activity to relieve any stress one might have. The games ended finally around 7 plus, and we proceeded home. A day gone, but it was a worthwhile and fruitful celebration. Most importantly, the two birthday girls were delighted and had a memorable day. I'm sure all of us truly enjoy this special occasion! Once again, Happy Birthday to Vanessa and Eileen! (Perhaps 2 hours belated now? =P ) Movie with Khangjing Finally, after desperately awaiting to watch my 3rd movie of the year (mind you, stop laughing), the day (29th of November) was here! Woke up relatively late, around 10.30am. Decided to exercise, and I finally realised how long since I last exercised. I was unsurprisingly panting heavily after only mere 2 rounds around my neighbourhood. Its time I will exercise regularly, or at least, I am going to. Chatted with Vanessa later, and she was as though the 'mediator' for Khangjing and me as I could not contact the Kj. Thanks a lot Vanessa! Anyway, she was also the one who kept persuading me to watch Princess Diaries due to some reasons. Firstly, she claimed it was a nice movie, and another was that she wanted a fairytale out from my mouth later. Too bad! =P Met Khangjing at 3pm. It was astonishingly easy to find Cineleisure, as Vanessa told me Eileen could not find her way there. Vanessa's guidance was extremely helpful. Khangjing didn't look much different the last time I saw her, the girl who looks gentle and nice. But like I stated in her testimonal in Friendster, she has the ability to embarress me with her thick dictionary filled with vocabularies. Of course, she did to defend herself from my taunting. Got to learn how to pronounce as well as the meaning of the name of Britney's name album, and the accurate pronounciation of encore. We watched Shark's Tale, and I definitely had no regrets at all. The movie was superb, or at least, it is added to my collection of 'great cartoons'. The movie was about a shark who was a herbivore as he was too kind to kill any other marine creatures, and got to know a fake 'shark slayer' and a sweet talking fish Oscar. The beginning was a little too complex I guess, but slowly the story began to unfold and reveal rest of the interesting details. It was an extremely comical movie, and I really like how Will Smith imitated Oscar. A 4/5 star rating from me! After that, went back with Khangjing. My eyelids were quite heavy then, but fortunately, Khangjing was quite peaceful, so I had to talk more to liven the atmosphere. Last but not least, THANKS a lot to Khangjing for accompanying me to the movie. And no, you were not quiet, just being your natural self. I will prefer that instead of a talkative Kj, because I will not have the chance to talk! Haha.. Thanks once again! |
