I'm so cheerfully exhausted Today is one of my tiring days. The day started off slowly, as I struggled to keep my eyes wide open before I hit anything in my path. Imagine, three hours of sleep the previous day! While I took a taxi to school, I stared bewilderedly at my dark eye rings, with the help of the rear windows. Next, went for my favourite lesson in school, that is physical education. Although I really dislike that rritating, inane and talkative teacher, I did have a fun time playing floorball. Perhaps I like to be more active, instead of chatting and sleeping all day long. Don't misunderstand though, the latter is still my favourite hobby! =P Physically exhausted, the day carried on with the traditional 'Use Your Hand Campaign', where pupils are required to clean up their classrooms/entire school. Usually, I will volunteer to assist in the cleaning of fans and windows, but today, I had to give up that thought. My mind at that time was partially blank, and I believed if I was given 5 minutes to rest, I will definitely fall asleep for the rest of the day instead. Went to my sister's condomium for my swim. Whoa, though it was mentally and physically drained, I ultimately swam more than 30 laps in total. Initially, I wanted to tan (that was my main reason for going to sis's house today), but as dark clouds loomed over the sky, I knew it was impossible to do so. Blah. =( Finally, some time after consuming my dinner, I went to the gym. I ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes at a high speed so as to lose more calories and train my flabby body. Those gym equipments were my friends for the next 30 minutes, as I struggled extremely hard to pull weights. I guess I'm finally off to sleep. Perhaps I should do some abs exercise? Perhaps.. Erm I guess I'll leave that for tomorrow morning! Woo.. One more day to so-called-vacation! Ever wonder why students dislike teachers? Your first thought should be, " The teacher treats then badly; The teachers scolds her students for no apparent reason. The teacher is unreasonable." However, I dislike this teacher (I shall not disclose the name, though I guess anyone in 4e2 will know this) because I'm disappointed in her. I used to like this teachers, and even had a great relationship! She was like a mentor and a friend, and encourages her students to strive to their fullest potential. However, that was her 'preliminary' year in Damai. Subsequently, as time flies and proceeded to 2004, she transformed, from a beautiful butterfly to a irritating pest. She treats her pupils with absolutely no respect, For example, she choose to expel her ferocious temper to the entire class, especially when it was just a minor mistake. I'm extremely saddened to see her choosing the wrong path of teaching; Instead of having a disciplined yet enjoyable relationship with her students, she chose otherwise. Anyway, the day passed, had physics practical with Mr Cheerful Phua. Did a tough light/lens experiment together with Joseph and Puayling, and I'm sure I definitely gain new knowledge from it. Slept in the afternoon, *yawnz*, and miraculously woke up at 8 to watch Singapore Idol. Whoa, most of them were realtively bad, compared to first three top ten. However, I like Daphne, due to her bubbly personality and unique vocals. However, unless she strives harder to improve herself, she will not make it beyond Top 5, as she is undeniably inexperienced. Well, I still admire her courage and determination, so all the best to her in the finals! |
