Prelims over! One word to summarize how I feel now- Confident! I am not entirely relaxed, but at the least the overwhelming stressful sensation has vanished. I am feeling more confident. My mind is extremely clear and I know it will definitely not be a hard time for me to start my revision for O Levels soon. Perhaps after how neglecting my exercises and 'stoning' periods, I have learnt how to discipline myself and be more concentrated. All the best to me to my Os! =) Alright, it has been ages since I last blogged about my activites and interesting happenings. So this post is really going to be a looooong one! Starting off, let me talk about my preliminary exams. Overall, this exams was not too tough, but neither are my results going to be a surprisingly good one. It has not been a really smooth ride for me. English- The summary was a killer I guess. I had absolutely no idea what to be written down. The content seems to be very little, and furthurmore, my mind was not contributing well that day. (I did not sleep the day before). Chinese- Let me just take my A2 score from Os! Heeez A & E Maths- I am very disappointed. Drastically bad the results will turn out. Not to the extent of failing, but the papers proved that I did not work hard enough for them. I took my inclination towards maths for granted. Chemistry- Paper 1 was difficult. However, I got 25/40. Though its pathetic, at least I scored second in the class for P1). Paper 2 was easier and I hope to score better. Practicals? Horrid! Physics- It has turned out to be my favourite subject. I have to sincerely thank my tuition for this. It has gain my confidence in this subject and interest in it. I am going to work even harder and ensure I get an A1 for this subject! =D Biology- Paper 1 was really easy. Ironically, I was too paranoid with my answers. Changed my answers, which were originally right, and turned out my P1 results were atrocious. 30/40. Hope P2 will be better (which is impossibe), as well as for P3. Combined Humanities- Geography? Not much confidence, but hope to get a decent grade. I studied hard, especially tourism. Questions were tough as usual, but let me pray that my dedication paid off. Social Studies came out straight from TYS, so I am hoping my structured will get great grades, in order to pull up my overall results. Anyway, source-based questions were tough. Next, I will talk about Singapore Idol. The spectaculars turned out to be disastrously terrible. Disappointment. What I have awaited for days eagerly caused an instant downpour over a brightening sunrise. Beverly was horrible, she complicated the song way too much. Jessea was over confident that she destroyed a beautiful song. Maia, Sylvester and Olinda impressed me, but I like Maia the best. The results show almost send a tear to my eye. This is because Jessea went out instead of Jerry. I was shocked, suprised and at that moment, the raindrps seems to collapse heavier on my entire human being. All the best to Jessea's future endeavour! Finally I will conclude about anything memorable these past few days. Oh yes, I should not say this is memorable. More like a painful accident! I was cutting the orange the previous day, and due to my clumsiness, I cut more hand. But it wasn't a minor wound, I almost chop the enire finger off. The wound was deep, as though the knife penetrated right through the fats, skin and tearing the vessels! It was definitely an ordeal, but meanwhile, its at the state of recovery. Pray that it will be fine soon! Guess I will play my games now. Blog again soon! Good nite bloggy =) |
