A rainbow after a heavy downpour I realised the meaning of 'a rainbow after a heavy downpour'. That precisely signifies how I felt yesterday. In the afternoon, I was furious. My heart was simply shattered, and my body was so weak as if it could be effortlessly torn with a feeble attempt. The pain, I don't wish to think about it anymore. Let it flow with the strong currents, and fade away into the horizons. At 6 pm, an unexpected call arrived. It was from Dougy, asking me to join Oreo and him for a walk. This sudden call did not make me excited though, because I was feeling really moody then. Fortunately, I agreed and arrive there at 7.10pm, smiling sheepishly at the both of them for being late. We strolled, the initate conversation a little awkward, since I have the innate habit of keeping silence if I were to meet someone for the first time. Arriving at Starbucks, three of us chatted, and eventually the ice was broken. After much hestitation and consideration, we decided to catch a movie. Was quite excited, because it will be the second movie that I watch the entire year. Pathetically comical huh? =) Anyway, Dougy recommended The Terminal, and hence, we chose to watch that. With approximately thirty minutes to the movie, we went to Mcdonald. Oreo and Dougy took some nice picturs, and I could not help but laugh and smile at their creativity as well as corniness. Sat in the middle, the show begin to flicker in the screen. Partially due to not embarressing both of them in the theatre, I tried my best to laugh softly. Tough and finally, when the comical parts arrived, I gasped and exploded out my laughters. Fortunately, everyone was doing the same action. Tom Hanks acted awesomely in the movie, and due to my lengthen period of not watching a movie, I shed some tears during the emotional parts. The movie is encouraged to be viewed by anyone, because I am positive everyone will love it. Ending at around 11 plus, we walked around, and finally proceeded to the mrt. Parted and took our respective trains back. At that time, the word 'euphoria' is definitely able to define how I felt then. One word, simple but sincere, from the bottom of heart to the two of them who destroyed my moodiness which I dislike into cheerfulness- Thanks. =D |
